Liberty Township Parks Department maintains over 400 acres of park land in Liberty Township making up the following parks: Liberty Park; Havener Park; Hyatts Park; Big Bear Farms Park; Wedgewood Park and South Liberty Park. The Parks are open from 9 a.m. until dusk daily but closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th Of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
