Recreation Center

The Liberty Township/Powell YMCA opened on November 29, 2001. 

The Y has experienced a great response from the community.  Membership sales are going well and the first full session of classes began on January 7, 2002.  Classes are being added as demand increases, balancing some times for open activities.

The amenities include:

• Six lane outdoor pool facility
• Eight lane indoor pool with slide and areas for youth and leisure aquatic activities
• Fitness training center
• Gymnasium and indoor track
• Locker rooms
• Program classrooms
