Park Department

Park Supervisor:  Andy Curmode

Office Hours:  Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 

Park Hours:  Daily, 9:00 a.m. - Dusk

* Liberty Park will be closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas

  Hyatts Park is now OPEN.

  The restroom facility at Every Kids Playground is OPEN.

  Shelter Reservations can be made now.

Mission Statement:  The Park Department is dedicated to providing a place that families can use for recreation, exercise, sports and play in a clean and wholesome environment.

Park Amenities include:

• Fishing pond

• 2 miles of walking trails

• 6 sand volleyball courts

• 2 horseshoe pits

• 2 basketball courts

• 4 tennis courts

• 4 shelter houses (each accommodates 100 people and includes 3 grills and electricity

• 2 handball/racquetball courts

• 3 Tot-Lot playgrounds

• 4 baseball/softball diamonds

• Sledding hill in winter

The Shelter House at Hyatts Park is now open for the season until October 1, 2008.
