The Board of Trustees for Liberty Township,
Delaware County, passed Resolution 05-251 at their regularly scheduled
meeting on October 3, 2005 establishing a speed limit of 25 mph for
Attucks Drive between Sawmill Road and Sawmill Parkway. The street
has been posted according to the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control
Devices.
The Liberty Township Board of Trustees passed
a Noise Resolution at their regularly scheduled meeting on January 20,
2004.
