All construction or excavation in a Township right-of-way, REQUIRES an approved ROW Excavation Permit prior to the commencement of any work on the project. A ROW Excavation Application, Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement, associated fees, and bond, as required by the Township, must be submitted for review and approval by the Township and the Township's designated engineer. A permit is NOT required for the installation or replacement of a driveway or other culvert that is currently subject to review/permitting through the Delaware County Engineer's Office.
