Let's keep Trick or Treat night fun and safe!!! All participants - whether those handing out candy or the children going to doors - are asked to practice social distancing and take extra precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The Delaware General Health District has issued easy to follow Safety Guidelines for Trick-or-Treating to keep this night fun and, most importantly, safe for everyone!!
