Complete the on-line Do Not Knock Registry Application.

This registry of addresses will be available online and given to registered vendors. Vendors are prohibited from conducting unsolicited door to door sales to those addresses on the Do Not Knock Registry. Violations should be reported to the Delaware County Sheriff's Office, 740-833-2810.

Window Decals

Residents may post no-soliciting signs of their choosing as long as such signage is in compliance with the Homeowner’s Association standards and Resolution 17-0918-05 which states that residents may display "a weatherproof card, decal or sign not less than 3 inches by 4 inches in size no more than 1 square foot in total surface area upon or near the main entrance door to the residence, containing substantially the following ’No Solicitation’ in letters at least 1/3 inch in height".

Vendors Registered in Liberty Township

The following vendors are registered and permitted to solicit within Liberty Township in accordance with Resolution 17-0918-05:

No solicitor may knock on a residence which has been registered on the Liberty Township Do Not Knock Registry. The Delaware County Sheriff's Office is the enforcement agency to contact for violations of the Liberty Township Transient Vendor Resolution 17-0918-05.

Transient Vendor (Solicitor) Registration Application

Vendors may solicit in Liberty Township by completing the Transient Vendor Registration Application and submitting it, along with a color headshot and a $75 fee, A non-refundable 3.5% surcharge is added to all credit/debit card transactions by the processing company. This is in accordance with ORC 503.55. Once your application, appropriate documentation, photo and fee are received and approved, you will be issued a Liberty Township Transient Vendor badge.
